The Venue

We want Plone Conference 2026 to feel focused, welcoming, and easy to navigate.

Hotel Van der Valk Maastricht supports exactly that: professional conference facilities, comfortable accommodation, and inviting spaces for conversation in between.

A venue designed for connection

At the center of the venue is the Auditorium, our largest conference room and a natural gathering point for the week.

What makes it especially attractive is everything around it: the attached bar creates an easy place to continue conversations after sessions, and the direct access to the garden adds space, light, and a more relaxed rhythm to the day.

Together with the two additional conference rooms, the venue gives us a strong setting for talks, side sessions, focused discussions, and spontaneous meetings.

Guests who want the most convenient conference experience can stay directly at Hotel Van der Valk Maastricht.

The hotel offers wonderful rooms and keeps everything close at hand: the conference spaces, the shared breaks, the evening conversations, and the chance to step away and recharge without leaving the venue.

For many attendees, that makes the week simpler, calmer, and more comfortable.

Easy access to Maastricht

The venue also makes it easy to enjoy the city beyond the conference program.

  • Use the regular bus connection to reach the city center easily

Whether you stay mostly on site or want to spend time in town after the sessions, getting around is straightforward.
